- I created a ban/kick/timeout case in the dashboard, but nothing happened in Discord. Why?
- Almost certainly a permissions issue: if your server added Darky before its invite link started requesting moderation permissions upfront, its role may be missing them — check Discord's Server Settings → Roles and see Required permissions in the docs. Ban/kick/timeout/warn actions from the dashboard or a Discord slash command are carried out in Discord automatically, not just recorded as a case, once the Darky role holds the matching permission. If the action failed, the case says why (missing permission, or Darky's role sits below the member's). Moderation is still Beta on /features: it hasn't been fully tested on real servers yet.
- Does Darky have an economy or currency system?
- Yes — Per-server currency, rewards, shop, transfers and games. It works from Discord slash commands and the dashboard. It is still Beta on /features: it hasn't been fully tested on real servers yet.
- Can Darky play music?
- Yes — Voice playback with a queue and playback controls. It works from Discord slash commands (there is no dashboard page for it). It is still Beta on /features: it hasn't been fully tested on real servers yet.
- What Discord slash commands does Darky support?
- 96 commands today, spanning moderation (
/warn,/timeout,/kick,/ban), tickets (/ticket,/close), economy, music, leveling, and more. Analytics is dashboard-only. See the docs for the full list. - Why can't I create automations?
- Automations are only open to Darky staff for now, so they are marked Unavailable on /features. For automatic replies to common questions, use the Auto responder.
- Is my server's data safe with Darky?

- How do I report a bug or request a feature?
- Post in the Darky Discord server — that's the fastest way to reach the team.
