What Darky does

Four jobs most servers hand to Darky first. New modules stay in Beta until we have tested them on real servers.

Moderation

Beta

Warn, time out, kick, ban or softban with /timeout, /ban and the rest, or from the member's page in the dashboard. Both go through the same queue and create a numbered case with the reason, the moderator and the member's earlier cases.

If Darky's role is missing the Discord permission for an action, the case is marked failed with the reason instead of silently doing nothing.

Server security

Beta

/permissions checks every role and channel override and lists risky grants, such as a helper role that can mention @everyone, with the fix next to each one.

Anti-Raid watches the join rate and lets you lock and unlock the server. Anti-Nuke watches for a single account mass-banning, deleting channels or roles, or creating webhooks.

Tickets

Beta

Members open a ticket from a panel button or /ticket. Staff /claim it, /add people who need to see it and /close it when done.

The transcript is saved, and every ticket is listed in the dashboard's Tickets center, so support doesn't disappear into DMs.

Auto responder

Beta

Answer the questions your members keep asking. Darky watches for a word, phrase or pattern and replies with text or an embed, reacts, removes the message, or gives or takes a role.

Limit each rule to certain channels or roles, and set a cooldown so one member can't trigger it over and over.

Permissions

The invite asks for moderation, channel and role management, webhook, thread, event and voice permissions. It never asks for Administrator. Discord requires you to have Manage Server on the server you add it to.
